LETTER OF PERSONAL RENTER ACCOUNT APPLICATION

Dear Sir/Ma,

I, Mr./Mrs./Miss: ____________________________________________________________________________________________

hereby wish to apply for a Personal Renter Account with Rentam Rental Services.

I understand that opening a Rentam Renter Account enables me to request and rent equipment, tools, vehicles, gadgets, event items, properties, machinery, and other rentable assets made available through Rentam Rental Services, its Agents, Authorized Business Partners, equipment owners, and other approved service providers.

I hereby agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions of the Service:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. I understand that opening a Rentam Renter Account does not automatically guarantee approval of every rental request submitted by me.
2. I understand that every rental request is subject to the availability of the requested equipment or asset.
3. I understand that Rentam Rental Services reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, cancel, or postpone any rental request whenever necessary for security reasons, operational reasons, legal compliance, equipment availability, suspected fraud, safety concerns, policy violations, or any other reason considered appropriate by Rentam Rental Services.
4. I understand that Rentam Rental Services reserves the right to approve or decline my application for a Personal Renter Account at its sole discretion.
5. I understand that Rentam Rental Services is a resource management and rental marketplace that connects renters with equipment owners, Agents, Authorized Business Partners, and other approved service providers.
6. I understand that Rentam Rental Services cannot guarantee service coverage in locations where it has no Agent, Authorized Business Partner, equipment owner, logistics support, or operational presence.
7. I understand that equipment availability, delivery time, pickup time, and other logistics may vary depending on my location and the availability of the requested equipment.
8. I agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and whenever requested by Rentam Rental Services.
9. I understand that providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in the suspension or permanent closure of my account and may also attract legal action where applicable.
10. I agree to provide valid means of identification, proof of address, guarantor information, security deposit, references, or any other verification documents whenever required by Rentam Rental Services.
11. I understand that certain equipment rentals may require me to provide my Freedom Identification Number (FIN), an identification number issued by the Chamber for Nigerian Freedom to Nigeria’s patriots, where such identification is specified by Rentam Rental Services or the equipment owner as part of the rental eligibility or verification requirements. I understand that this requirement applies only to those rentals for which it is expressly stated.
12. I understand that some rentals may require refundable caution deposits, insurance, guarantees, or other forms of security before the equipment is released to me.
13. I agree to inspect every rented equipment before accepting delivery and to notify Rentam immediately of any defect, damage, missing component, or discrepancy.
14. I agree to use every rented equipment responsibly, lawfully, safely, and strictly for its intended purpose.
15. I shall not sublet, lend, lease, transfer, mortgage, sell, or otherwise permit another person to use any rented equipment without the prior written approval of Rentam Rental Services.
16. I shall return every rented equipment on or before the agreed return date unless an extension has been officially approved.
17. I understand that failure to return rented equipment on time may attract additional rental charges, late return penalties, recovery costs, legal action, or other applicable fees.
18. I accept responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification of rented equipment while it is under my possession or control, subject to the applicable rental agreement.
19. I understand that Rentam Rental Services may require me to pay repair costs, replacement costs, transportation costs, cleaning costs, recovery costs, or administrative charges where applicable.
20. I agree to comply with all applicable laws, safety regulations, operational guidelines, and manufacturer’s instructions while using rented equipment.
21. I agree to immediately report any accident, theft, damage, malfunction, or loss involving rented equipment to Rentam Rental Services.
22. I understand that certain equipment may only be rented together with trained operators where required by law, safety regulations, or Rentam Rental Services’ policy.
23. I understand that rental prices, deposits, transportation fees, extension fees, penalties, and other service charges may change from time to time without affecting already confirmed rental agreements.
24. I agree to make all payments only through approved Rentam payment channels or other officially authorized payment methods.
25. I shall retain all payment receipts, invoices, transfer slips, and transaction evidence for future reference whenever necessary.
26. I agree to contact Rentam Customer Care for every complaint, inquiry, dispute, clarification, or support relating to the Service.
27. I understand that I am not expected to enter into any private arrangement, unofficial agreement, or unauthorized transaction with any Rentam staff, Agent, Authorized Business Partner, equipment owner, customer, or service provider without the official knowledge and approval of Rentam Rental Services.
28. I understand that Rentam Rental Services shall not be responsible for any loss, fraud, misunderstanding, or dispute arising from unauthorized dealings carried out outside its approved procedures.
29. I understand that Rentam Rental Services reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate my account whenever I violate its policies or engage in activities considered unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, dangerous, or harmful to the platform or its users.
30. I understand that Rentam Rental Services may amend, review, update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and such amendments shall become binding after appropriate notification.
31. I understand that I may request the closure of my Personal Renter Account at any time by submitting a written request, provided that all outstanding rentals, penalties, payments, liabilities, and obligations have been completely settled.
32. I confirm that I have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all the Terms and Conditions governing my Rentam Personal Renter Account.
33. I declare that all information supplied by me is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
34. I enter into this Agreement in good faith and sincerely hope that my application will receive your favourable consideration.
