Rentam serves two different Parties. Renters and Rentors. Be that as it may, below are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of our Services for the different Parties
Rentors Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services as a Rentor. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Introduction
Rentam Rental Services is an e-commerce rental company that provides a platform for individuals and businesses to rent out their materials, tools, properties, and other personal and business resources. We are part of Jummikplus Global Services, and our mission is to provide seamless access to material resources and tools, promoting cost savings, reducing waste, and bridging the gap between renters and rentees.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
Rentor
A user who rents out their resources to a Renter through our website and services.
Rentee
A user who rents resources from a Rentor through our website and services.
Renter
Users who uses our Website as a Rentor/Rentee
Resources
Materials, tools, properties, and other personal and business resources that are rented out through our website and services.
Rental Period
The period of time during which a Renter is authorized to use a Resource.
Eligibility
To use our website and services as a Rentor, you must:
1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. Have a valid email address and phone number.
3. Have a valid payment method.
4. Have a valid means Identification
5. Have a traceable residential Address
Account Registration
To use our website and services, you must register for an account. During the registration process, you will be required to provide certain information, including your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Resource Rental
To rent out a Resource, you must:
1. Create a listing for the Resource, including a description, price, and availability.
2. Set the rental price and terms for the Resource.
3. Respond to rental inquiries and requests from Rentees.
4. Deliver or make available the Resource to the Renter at the start of the Rental Period.
5. Provide Instructions to the use of the Resources if necessary
Rental Agreement
The Rental Agreement is a contract between you and the Rentee that governs the rental of the Resource. The Rental Agreement includes the following terms and conditions:
Rental Period
The Rental Period shall commence on the date and time specified in the Rental Agreement and shall continue for the duration specified in the Rental Agreement.
Rental Price
The rental price shall be as specified in the Rental Agreement.
Use of Resource
The Rentee shall use the Resource only for the purpose specified in the Rental Agreement and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Return of Resource
The Rentee shall return the Resource to you at the end of the Rental Period in the same condition as when received, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
Resources Damage
The Rentee shall fix severe damage or replace the rented Resources Resources respectively in alignment with the Agreement between the both of you during the rental Process
Payment Terms
You shall receive payment from the Renter through our website and services. Payment shall be made through our payment processing system, and you shall receive payment either before the delivery/pick up of the Resources or during the usage of the Resources or during the returning/pick up of the Resources by the end of the Rental Period in alignment with the agreement between the both Party
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a Rentee cancels a rental transaction, you may be entitled to make a refund of the rental price, plus/minus any applicable fees or charges. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation before Rental Period
If a Rentee cancels a rental transaction before the Rental Period commences, you shall be entitled to make a full refund of the rental price.
Cancellation during Rental Period
If a Rentee cancels a rental transaction during the Rental Period, you shall be entitled to a refund of the rental price, minus any applicable fees or charges.
Cancellation due to Malfunction
If a Rentee cancels a rental transaction due to Resources malfunctioning, you shall be entitled to make a full refund of the rental price
Cancellation due to Delivery Of Faulty Resources
If a Rentee cancels a rental transaction due to the Delivery Of Faulty Resources, you shall be entitled to make a full refund of the rental price plus any applicable fees or charges
Warranty Disclaimer
We do not warrant that the Resources rented out through our website and services will be free from damage/wreckage. defects or that they will meet the Renter's requirements. However, we will do everything within our possible best to ensure that our Platform protects your Resources and ensure that damages are paid if any arises
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website and services.
Indemnification
You shall indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website and services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria's National Legal Practice. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through Nigeria's National Legal Practice.

If you cancels a rental transaction due to the Delivery Of Faulty Resources, you shall be entitled to make a full refund of the rental price plus any applicable fees/charges or make a Replacement
Warranty Disclaimer
We do not warrant that the Resources rented out through our website and services are Free from damage/wreckage, defects or that they will meet the your requirements. You shall use the Resources at your own risk However, we will do everything within our possible best to ensure that our Platform is free of damage/wreckage, defective Resources
Limitation of Liability
